Aerosmith Presale FAQ

Are you new to Aero Force One or just trying to remember how this whole pre-sale thing happens? Here's how it works.

WHAT YOU GET

Your unique code enables you to purchase up to 4 Pre-sale tickets total.  There is no presale code needed to purchase VIP packages.

HOW DO I FIND MY CODE?

Pre-sale codes will be emailed to all existing members once the tour dates are announced. Your pre-sale will also be posted on your account page.

If you're joining Aero Force One for the first time during a pre-sale, you will find your pre-sale code by logging into Aerosmith.com and looking on the right-hand side of the fan club home page. The code will begin with AE followed by an A, B , C or D. (AEA, AEB, AEC, AED etc.) It's pretty large on the page, so should be hard to miss. :)

SENIORITY

The Aero Force One fan club believes in rewarding fans who have been with us the longest, so pre-sale start times are staggered based on seniority. There are four groups (A, B, C and D) with A designated to the longest-standing members, and D being the newer members. B and C fall somewhere in the middle:

A Codes 25+ years seniority

B Codes 15 + years seniority

C Codes 5+ years seniority

D Codes Less than 5 years seniority and new members

PRE-SALE TIMES FOR ALL SHOWS/VENUES

AEA Code - Begins at 11am CST
AEB Code - Begins at 12 pm CST
AEC Code - Begins at 1pm CST
AED Code - Begins at 2pm CST
