John B's news from the road: Whitford St. Holmes edition

Whitford St. Holmes hit the road last night playing the first show of their 12 city tour in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Potawatomi Casino.

The set was split up into 3 sections. The first section was all new songs from their  soon to be released album called “Reunion”. Stand outs were Flood of Lies and Shapes. Shapes is Brad’s tip of the hat to The Yardbirds. Both songs featured lyrics by Mr. Whitford. The second section of songs were from the 1980 Whitford St. Holmes debut record. The third and final section of the night showed Brad and Derek embracing some of their biggest moments with Aerosmith and Ted Nugent. This was truly a great night of rock and should keep both guys busy next year until it’s time to get back to their day jobs. There are very few days off on this tour as the guys get right back to it tonight in Westland MI.
